INSURANCE:
I am paneled with Blue Cross Blue Shield/Anthem and Cigna. It is suggested to contact your insurance provider to verify behavioral health benefits prior to your first appointment.
SELF PAY:
Individual/Couple/Family Sessions $120
Sessions generally last 50-55 minutes. Cash, check, and credit card payment is accepted. Payment is due at time of service. There is a $75 fee charged for no shows and failing to cancel appointments within 24 hours. There are limited spaces for sliding fee scale payments. Please contact me directly to discuss availability.
