ABOUT ME
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in individual and couples therapy in the Athens-Clarke County community. Creating a safe space for clients to explore the challenges and beauty of relationships is the utmost goal in my practice.
The focus of my clinical work is providing psychotherapy with adults, adolescents, and couples. I employ an individualized approach with clients and tailor interventions to suit their personal goals. I incorporate strategies from the following treatment modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy.
